Attention tarotgal! Calling tarotgal!

I have FINALLY finished your Yule gift! Only... three months late! But hey, there were circumstances, yeah? LOL The important thing is, I got it done.

Sniffly Remus, napping in the grass. With a pink nose and flushed cheeks. He's a little fuzzy, too. Don't know why, just felt like making him fuzzy.

Anyway, enjoy! Do with him as you please! :) Sorry it took so long. ♥

I'm just passing through tarotgals's friend page but I had to comment on your picture. It's just beautiful, I absolutely love your Remus. And the pink cheeks and nose, so subtle yet so perfect.

Let me just say, I am in awe of your talent(I have none :))

Aww, thank you much. I appreciate that. :) Sorry my comment back was so late in coming. I've been so busy, setting up a new place to stay. Bah on housefires. But yes, thanks! :)

Oh. My. Gods.

Tina just let me know that you'd posted this, as I haven't checked my flist in sooo long. And SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Beautiful is right... he's perfect. I absolutely love Remus taking naps out in the sun in the grass... there's just something about that that's *so* Remus. And he's so well done here. OMG I wish I had even a fragment of your artistic ability. This is breathtakingly beautiful. He's scrumptious. I can just imagine Pads passing by and smiling and squinting with the sun in his eyes and lying down beside him but not wanting to touch him and wake him and OMG a fic's running through my head now. Which is good because I haven't been able to write anything for the last 3 days and was starting to get depressed. And then this... SQUEEEE! It's so wonderful. I LOVE sniffly Remus here. What a wonderful present- DEFINTELY worth waiting months for. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! {{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{silverelf}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}

Don't feel badly, BTW. I still have 3 giftfics to go and don't have as good an excuse as you!!!

Speaking of which... you haven't by any chance replaced your Gabaldon books? ;-)

*giggles* That's a very long 'squee' you've got going there. Aww, I'm *SO* glad you like it! I was afraid that you'd seen it and hated it or something, I was getting so nervous. And just now I saw your comment and it was like WHEW! :D So relieved, so happy. And yey, I've inspired you! Sorta! Hooray for Remus and his ever-adorableness. Because it's so hard to draw him NOT a bundle of cute.
I'm sorry it took so long to get out to you, but I wanted to make sure it was perfect. It's hard to mouse!draw, after all. (Of course I look at it now and I kinda hate it, but shh)
YOU'RE WELCOME YOU'RE WELCOME YOU'RE WELCOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! {{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{tarotgal}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}

Aww, your 'fic is SO worth waiting for, though. :D

And no, I haven't replaced ANY of my books yet, just got a couple cheapy ones from the grocery store. Why d'you ask?

Last thing's first...
And no, I haven't replaced ANY of my books yet, just got a couple cheapy ones from the grocery store. Why d'you ask?
Okay, so I asked on BookCrossing in the wish list section to see if anyone had an extra copy of any of the books to replace ones lost in a fire and a number of kind people have messaged me to let me know they have some (one also asked if there were any other kinds of books you liked). So my question is, would you like me to accept the kind donations of books and send them your way all at once or should they send them directly to you? I had intended to set up the former (because I didn't like the idea of strangers-to-you having your address!!!) but there's at least one person who *lives* in BC, Canada and it seems silly for her to send a book or two all the way down to me and then for me to send it all the way back up to you. But I'd be happy to do that if you're squeamish address-wise. Or maybe you have a better suggestion? Whatever works for you. I just thought it might be a nice gesture and a few people have already said they'd be happy for you to get their books :-) So let me know!

Re: Books...
.... GAH.

Okay, so you're the sweetest person ALIVE kinda. Wow. Um, that... wow. I'm kind of speechless over here. To quote one of my favorite actors, my eyes are leaking a little.
You really didn't have to do that for me! You're... see, there goes the speechless again! Seriously, wow. That's about all I can think of to say. Wow, and thank you!
As for the address thing -- I'm not squeamish about it at all, really. And even though we're staying in a different place now, while our house is fixed up, we're still picking up the mail FROM the house, so it's not like anybody could stalk me there right now anyway. LOL So yeah, if you want, feel free to pass my address out to the lovely book people, and pass my thanks and hugs on to them as well!
((As for the person who asked if there were any other books I liked -- by gods! I read anything. And again, really REALLY don't have to do that for me. :D))
